Nutrition

You will get a 30 min nutrition evaluation when you sign up for your first month’ s membership. Keep a food log for a week and the coaches with review it with you and let you know where you are doing well and some simple changes you can make to obtain your goals, no matter what they are.-

The nutritional aspect of CrossFit is what really motivated both Darren and I to make changes in our own lives.  We consider the subject of nutrition to be somewhat of a hobby that we practice and improve upon on a daily basis.  We scan the web, subscribe to newsletters and magazines, record newscasts and view documentaries, all in an effort to learn all we can about nutrition.  From Dr. Barry Sears’ “The Zone”, to Robb Wolf’s Paleo blogs, to Mark Sisson’s “Primal Blueprint”, we could discuss nutrition and food in general for hours on end.  We make for very dry dinner guests :-)
