Continue ReadingA new week begins! The strength cycle has come to an end. We saw many PR's and got to work on a lot of specific lifts. But since variety is the key, we are going to start a metcon cycle (ie. 15 to 20 min high intensity workout). There will still be periodic heavy lifts of course. Today's workout will be announced at the gym. See you there.
